Bookings in Daily Hire.xlsx the agent could not read cleanly. Row numbers refer to the spreadsheet. What each means:

• Pickup date unreadable — the booking is dropped entirely. Its revenue and counts are missing from every figure, not just its duration.
• Drop-off before pickup, or an unreadable drop-off — duration is treated as unknown and excluded from rental-day totals and averages. These are not counted as 1-day hires.
• No drop-off date — as above, but the booking also counts as on-hire in forward and utilisation figures indefinitely, so it will inflate those until the sheet is corrected.
• Deposit status unreadable — excluded from the outstanding-deposit figure and reported separately.
